The Wild Lavender | Youth Tee
 
Inspired by Curiosity
This design began with the idea of turning wild lavender into a wearable pattern. Inspired by a young dreamer’s imagination, we wandered the West Coast, plucking fresh sprigs of lavender and carefully hand-pressing each one onto fabric. The result is a tee that captures curiosity, creativity, and a little piece of the coastal meadows where the lavender grows—turning a simple idea into a wearable story of wonder and discovery.

Stamped by Hand, Made to Last
Each Wild Lavender tee is hand-stamped on Vancouver Island using real lavender. Black, water-based silk screen ink is pressed directly into the fabric, capturing the delicate botanical details while creating a soft, durable design. Printed in small batches, every tee has subtle variations in placement, texture, and detail, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind—just like the moments of inspiration that brought it to life.
 
Stamped by Hand, Made to Last
Every Wild Lavender tee is stamped by hand on Vancouver Island using real lavender. We roll them gently in silk screen ink and press them directly onto the fabric, capturing natural texture and detail in each print.
No two shirts are exactly the same. Each one carries slight variations in shape and ink, making it truly unique and full of character—just like a pinecone fallen in the forest.
 
Built for Play
Made from a breathable cotton/poly blend sourced in Canada, this tee is soft, comfy, and ready for everyday adventure. Whether they're climbing trees, digging for bugs, or curled up with a good book, this shirt is designed to move with them.
 
Stamped in small batches, always by hand. 
Because each tee is stamped individually by Rochelle and Michaela, we can only create so many at a time. This slow, intentional process means every piece is part of a small batch—crafted with care, not rushed. It’s our way of keeping things personal, purposeful, and true to the heart of The Mossy Coast. 
 
Seasonal Design
The Wild Lavender tee is a seasonal creation. We hand-press real lavender while it’s in bloom, so once the flowers fade, stamping stops for the year. Each piece captures the fleeting beauty of the season, making every tee a limited, one-of-a-kind reminder of West Coast meadows at their peak.
