We hand pack and ship everything from our little studio on Vancouver Island within 3–5 business days. Each order is carefully wrapped in plastic-free packaging and includes a handwritten note along with some nature-themed stickers—a small way to share a bit of the Mossy Coast spirit with you.
Shipping timelines don’t include weekends or holidays. If you’re ordering internationally, please note that any customs fees or duties are your responsibility.

We want you to love your order. If something’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return any unworn, unwashed item (with original tags) within 14 days of delivery. Just reach out and we’ll help get it sorted. For exchanges, we’ll cover the return shipping—otherwise, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
