The Bear Claw | Unisex Pullover Sweater
 
Born from the Wild
After weeks of dedicated tracking, a few failed attempts, and countless hikes, we finally captured the perfect bear print near Campbell River during the seasonal salmon run. This 7-inch paw print, left by a 400–500 lb black bear, was found on a muddy trail we had carefully prepared by raking leaves and compacting the soil every few days. When the bear finally came through, we poured the plaster and preserved the moment.

Stamped by Hand, Made to Last
Each sweater is hand-stamped on Vancouver Island using a resin mold from an actual bear print making every piece truly unique.
The design is printed with water-based silk screen ink that blends softly into the fabric, creating a durable yet comfortable finish that feels like it’s been with you on every adventure. Printed in small batches, each piece has its own subtle variations in placement, color, and texture, making every piece truly one of a kind—just like the wild moments that inspired it.
 
 
Unisex Sizing
Fits true to size for men, and relaxed for women. For a more tailored look, consider sizing down. Refer to our size chart for the perfect fit.
 
 
Stamped in small batches, always by hand. 
Because each sweater is stamped individually by Rochelle and Michaela, we can only create so many at a time. This slow, intentional process means every piece is part of a small batch—crafted with care, not rushed. It’s our way of keeping things personal, purposeful, and true to the heart of The Mossy Coast.
