Free Shipping policy

We love being able to cover shipping for our customers
— here’s how our Free Shipping works at the Mossy Coast.

Canada Only

Free shipping is available for Canadian addresses only.
Your order must reach $150 CAD or more (before taxes and discounts) to qualify.

PO Box addresses: Orders shipping to a PO Box must be sent via Canada Post.

How We Ship

Small accessory-only orders (stickers, magnets, art prints) may ship via lettermail (no tracking).
Apparel and mixed orders (tees, hoodies, mugs, etc.) ship tracked via UPS, Purolator, or FedEx.

Delivery Time

Most free shipping orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.
Remote locations may take a little longer depending on the carrier.

Local Pickup

If you’re local to Vancouver Island, you can select Local Pickup at checkout.
We’ll email you when your order is ready to collect from our Campbell River location:
