Beneath the towering canopies of Vancouver Island’s rainforests grows the Western Sword Fern—a vibrant symbol of the coast’s wild, untamed beauty. Known for its resilience and evergreen spirit, this hardy native plant has inspired one of our most elegant designs.
To capture its fine detail, we collect fresh ferns directly from our local forests and press each one by hand using gold silk screen ink. Every print reflects the unique texture and structure of the individual frond used—no two are alike.

Every Westcoast Fern tee is hand-stamped on Vancouver Island using real ferns we’ve gathered ourselves. We use high-quality, water-based silk screen ink in metallic gold to add a subtle shimmer that catches the light without overpowering your style.
Printed in small batches, each tee carries its own one-of-a-kind texture, placement, and tone—bringing the forest’s quiet elegance to your everyday wear.

Crafted from a breathable Canadian-sourced tri-blend fabric, this tee features a relaxed v-neck and a fitted silhouette. It’s super soft and flattering—perfect for layering or wearing on its own through every season.
 
Stamped in small batches, always by hand. 
Because each tee is stamped individually by Rochelle and Michaela, we can only create so many at a time. This slow, intentional process means every piece is part of a small batch—crafted with care, not rushed. It’s our way of keeping things personal, purposeful, and true to the heart of The Mossy Coast.
