When we finally set out to collect it, nature had other plans. Halfway through cutting, our daughter stumbled right into a hidden wasp nest. Five sharp stings to the neck and a chaotic, high-speed ride home later, the log sat unfinished. It took a second trip (with one less crew member—she wisely opted out) to finally bring it home.
Now, this print lives on in fabric, carrying the adventure, the struggle, and the story with it.
